Orders are generally shipped same day Mon-Thurs if placed before 10 am MST. If your order comes in after 10 am MST it will be picked up the next day (or in some cases the same day depending on the time USPS/UPS picks up). Any orders that come in Thursday after 10 am MST, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
**Mondays are extremely busy so the order most likely will be processed that day but may not be ready for USPS pick up and will be picked up the following day**
**Shipping during sale times may be extended due to the high volume of orders**
**All international orders are responsible for any import fees, taxes, duties**
**Shipping Extra Bond and Top Coat during the winter months is not adviseable as it will freeze. We put heat packs in with domestic orders, but they are only good for 48-72 hours and won’t be enough time for making it to Canada.
We ship USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective. You will receive an order confirmation as well as a tracking email. Please check your spam if you don’t receive the emails.
If you order Extra Bond, Top Coat, or SafeCoat during freezing temps they will be packaged with a heat pack. Please check your tracking often to pick them up as soon as they are delivered. We can not be responsible for frozen products.
We ship to the US, Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii. If you are outside of the U.S. or Canada please contact us for a shipping quote.
